We may collect account details (such as email and name), commerce content you synchronize or upload (for example product records, prompts, configurations), usage and diagnostic telemetry, billing-related information processed by payment partners, and communications you send to support.

We may derive aggregated or de-identified analytics from your data to operate and improve recommendation models presented to you.

How we use information

• Operate, secure, personalize, and support the Services—including AI visibility monitoring you configure.
• Provide onboarding, invoicing (through processors), alerts, product updates, and respond to lawful requests.
• Develop new features internally; train separate models only as described to you contractually.

Sharing

We use infrastructure and AI providers strictly as needed (hosting, email delivery, observability). They process data under appropriate agreements. We may share information if legally required or to defend our rights or users.

Retention

We retain data as long as your account stays active plus a reasonable archival window, unless law or contractual duties require otherwise. Billing artifacts follow finance retention schedules.

Your controls

Subject to jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, export, objection, deletion, or restriction. Email founders@cited.ai — we will authenticate requests before acting.

International transfers

Data may reside on cloud regions outside Saudi Arabia depending on provisioning. Supplemental safeguards (contractual or technical) accompany transfers when required by law.
